Suggested Use
Give one capsule per day to your pet until there are no more fleas on your pet. Breaking the flea life cycle and killing adult fleas on your pet will, in turn, keep fleas from reproducing. The number of treatment days may vary depending upon the level of infestation. Capsules may be fed directly to your pet or opened and contents sprinkled on or mixed with food.

I have 4 cats and this is the only product that works and works fast. No messing around with flea collars that don't work well and baths and sprays. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
We have 9 cats and 6 go in and out thru the day. This really works and can be used within 3 or 4 days to kill the newly hatched fleas. At times I've even used it 3 times if a few fleas still showed up on a cat. You do not want to double dose but give it a 3 to 4 day wait. Rids the flea seige every time.

I used this product on kittens and adults. I have used name brand products with this same ingredient, the results are the same.The fleas begin dropping off almost instantly. I have not seen any adverse affects. I administered the caplet by opening it and placing the contents in a small amount of canned cat food. They ate it as though it wasn't even in there. The only difference is, the cost is much less for this generic product.

I was very happy to find this product :-) I treated my three 3 months old kittens on 6-29 with the Nitenphram and of course watched them go crazy for a bit as the fleas were dying then the next day gave them the Lufenuron. I also treated my 2 dogs who did not have fleas that I could see with the same methods just to be safe and they also received dawn shampoo baths (again saw no fleas) and did the whole house vacuuming, put down food grade diatomaceous earth etc.. All appeared as if the fleas were all gone, however, today I noticed my little female kitten scratching and upon inspection found a flea and so checked out the 2 boys and yup I saw a flea on them too. I just now treated everybody again with the Nitenphram. Can someone tell why the fleas came back so soon? Is this normal? Do I need to also treat again with the monthly even though it has only been 2 weeks? Thank you so much!!
Hi, What could be happening is that the flea eggs have hatched or they are picking them up from the pets environment or other pets. Also nitenpyram is only in the pets system for 24 hrs and therefore it is impossible to brake the 21 day flea life cycle in one or two treatments. Also when you give your pet a bath the fleas go into a dormant stage that look like they are dead, when they are not. When your pet is completely dry, usually 24 hr later (after the nitenpyram is out of the system) the fleas become active again. Nitenpyram is used on a constant basis when fleas are found on your pet, and don't bathe your pet until the fleas are dead and you don't see any more active fleas. I love love this product... I have 2 cats and a dog. It got really bad with the fleas. This is the only product that works other than the $140 vet visit once a month. I very highly recommend it.

Hi .one cat cannot be handled and mostly inside. Three others mostly indoors. They are all 15yrs and healhty. Have not had a flea infestion using Diatomous earth and Apple cider vinager. Looking for safe treatment for my unhandable kitty. lufenuron monthly along with nitenpyram or nitenpyram as needed. What do you think would be a safe dose for my seniors. Not sure the safest way to go. These are both tasteless powders correct?

This product is awesome! My cats (who do not go outside) and my dogs are on Revolution so fleas aren't a problem for them, but I give this to the stray cats who come to eat every day and it's made a huge difference for them.
